There are several free and paid parking options within 2 blocks of The Hall on Washington. Event parking rates and availability change significantly during any University of Louisville Games, Concerts or downtown Louisville major events. Most games are in the evening. See the KFC YUM Center Events and Tickets Calendar on their website for schedule.
Street Parking
IPS coin & card parking meters are the newest on-street parking option for Louisville. These new meters are solar powered and help minimize our carbon footprint, while providing valuable data for the City to evaluate future parking design. The IPS meters will accept coins and all four (4) major credit cards. Several meters on North First, Witherspoon, Brook and East Washington Streets.

Free Travel Options
The LouLift travels downtown circulator routes covering Main & Market Streets, and Downtown to Churchill Downs. Like the trolleys originally on these routes, they arrive at stops frequently, and all rides are fare-complimentary. On weekends, buses will arrive every 15-30 minutes.
